Christmas time!

Christmas is one of the biggest holidays in America. While we were exploring Boston, all of the stores were filled with Christmas decorations and lights.

Here in Boston, I have been celebrating Christmas with my new medical school friends. We all went to our friend's apartment to eat Christmas snacks and decorate a Christmas tree. It was really fun! We put ornaments and lights on the tree together. We had a contest to pick the ornament that went on the top. The turkey won! Isn't our tree beautiful?

Everyone is very excited to get presents and eat delicious food, but the most important part of Christmas is to be with family and friends. The airports, trains, and highways are filled with people traveling. I am thankful that I could spend Christmas with my new friends in Boston!

It is almost time for me to leave Boston for my next stop in the USA. I miss all of you at Taiping Elementary, and I hope you all have a Merry Christmas!
